Program Description

The 10ex.dev Messaging Program is our inbound customer-care and support line. Messages sent under this program are customer-care and support replies, follow-up on your own request, status updates about your request, and conversational replies from an AI assistant that hands off to a live agent when needed. Messages are sent by 10ex.dev. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this program.

Consent and Opt-In

You opt in to the Messaging Program in one of three ways: by submitting the form at https://10ex.dev/sms with the consent box checked, by giving verbal consent during a support call to +1 480 660 8426, or by texting that number first. All three paths, including the exact consent language used, are documented at https://10ex.dev/sms. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services and is never required to receive support.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for details.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at team@10ex.dev.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability.

Eligibility

The Messaging Program is intended for users in the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who are the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number provided.

Privacy

Information collected through the Messaging Program is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy and our general Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
