A B2B company with an active sales operation and a client success team of 6 account managers across 250+ client accounts. SDRs were making 20-30 calls per day plus sending dozens of emails and SMS messages. Account executives were taking 5+ Zoom calls daily pitching services. On the client side, 6 account managers were having daily calls across their portfolios. Leadership had no visibility into any of it. We started by mapping every touchpoint: sales calls, SDR outreach, AE pitches, client check-ins, emails, and SMS. Then we built a unified analysis system that captures, scores, and surfaces everything leadership needs to see.
Phase 1
Sales Call Capture and Analysis
Integrated with their phone system, Zoom, and email platform to capture every sales conversation. AI transcribes, scores against a custom rubric, and flags any instances of false promises, misrepresentation, or deviation from approved messaging.
Phase 2
Client Success Monitoring
Extended the system to cover all 6 account managers' client interactions. AI monitors for sentiment shifts, incorrect process explanations, missed follow-ups, and early churn signals across 250+ client accounts.
